Free OT security career map · 49 real roles · 9 sectors

Protect what a city can’t live without. Opening Friday 23 October.

The ICP OT Security Career Hub opens here on Friday 23 October 2026. It maps 49 real operational technology (OT) security roles across nine sectors, from water and energy to transport and data centres.

• A 3D and 2D career map showing the level you would join at, how far each role can grow, and the usual moves between roles.
• Routes in from IT, engineering, the armed forces and study, with the skills each move adds.
• Free tools: a 30-day plan, career templates and a training navigator.

Hands-on and leadership routes alike. Free, with no sign-up.

To ask about roles or training before then, use ICP’s contact page: choose General Enquiry and say what you’re looking for.
